We put emerging and experienced leaders in the same room. Responsibility is learned from people who practice it, not from slogans about it. Here is what that looks like in our work.
What we mean by it
Not growth at any cost.
Responsible leadership takes the consequences of success on the surrounding environment into account: the people, the organization and the community around it. Growth still matters; it is just not the only thing that counts.

Fellows lead their own sessions
Over the course of the Fellowship, Fellows take turns leading a session: introducing the speaker, running the session and thanking the speaker. A small, real responsibility, practiced in front of peers.
