Talent is everywhere; access is not. Education is where the Adaptive ecosystem started and where it keeps its centre of gravity.
The Adaptive Global Fellowship has delivered its 26-week curriculum to early-career leaders across three regions, taught by volunteer professors and practitioners through the Faculty Fellowship. Fellows pay nothing — scholarships are funded by the community.
Beyond the Fellowship, community members run workshops, mentor capstone projects and build education ventures across our regions.
