The experience

What the Fellowship looks like.

Fellows work on applied projects through a sustainability lens, developed with our university partner CESUPA in Belém.

  • Weekly live sessions
  • Monthly half-day sessions
  • Applied project work
  • Global participation
  1. 01

    Live sessions

Weekly one-hour conversations with professors, executives, entrepreneurs and practitioners. More conversation than lecture.

  2. 02

    Applied work

Real questions and projects, not only theory, worked through a sustainability lens with CESUPA: frame the problem, gather evidence, decide, present.

  3. 03

    Peers and feedback

Learn with people you would not otherwise meet. Faculty and peers respond to your thinking.

  4. 04

    Relationships

Faculty teach in a personal capacity. Relationships continue after the program ends.

The Fellows

Learn with people you would not otherwise meet.

Each Class brings together leaders with different backgrounds, disciplines and ambitions. The difference is intentional.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Leaders at any stage of their careers who show curiosity, judgment and a willingness to contribute. Fellows come from business, entrepreneurship, academia, technology, government, nonprofits, healthcare, education, finance and other fields; no particular pedigree is required.

Live one-hour sessions each week, plus an approximately half-day session on a Saturday each month, for the length of the program. Applied project work continues between sessions.

The Fellowship costs $20,000 per Fellow. That covers the full program, including the Amazon Experience, an in-person immersion in the Brazilian Amazon with faculty and fellow members. Some fellowships are funded by donors and sponsors; funding is arranged alongside admissions and does not determine who is selected.

Applications are reviewed by the team, and shortlisted candidates are interviewed. We select for curiosity, adaptability, collaboration and willingness to contribute as much as for accomplishment.
