The format

Every first Friday of the month.

Deal Flow Friday is Adaptive Exchange's live monthly pitch session designed to connect vetted opportunities with capital and strategic support. Once a month, four or more founders, fellows and operators take the floor to present active raises, commercial partnerships, or new initiatives. The room, made up of investors, advisors, and ecosystem peers, engages in direct Q&A, invests, and facilitates warm introductions in real time.

For presenters

Each pitch gets about 6 minutes on the floor, followed by 4 minutes of live questions from the room. Keep it tight: what you're building, what you're asking for, and what a yes looks like. Slides are optional, but make your ask clear.

How it works

Getting in the room takes four steps.

    Choose your track

    Select whether you are applying to pitch an opportunity or joining the room to listen, evaluate, and connect.

  2. 02

    Pick a date

    Choose your preferred upcoming First Friday session. Call details and calendar invites are sent upon confirmation.

  3. 03

    Share your details

    Submit basic contact information and a brief summary of your raise or project if pitching. Takes under a minute.

  4. 04

    Lock in your spot

    Pitch slots are limited to six founders per session on a rolling basis. General attendance remains open.
