What we work on
Our impact is organised around the RISE framework: Responsible Leadership, Innovation, Sustainability and Education.
Responsible Leadership
Adaptives hold themselves to a simple standard: kind, curious, collaborative — and accountable for the impact they create. Through Adaptive Intelligence, accomplished executives invest in each other's growth: peer coaching, board connections and career support inside a high-trust, interview-admitted community. Every membership also funds the Foundation's scholarships, so leadership at the top directly finances leadership coming up. Across our cohorts, responsible leadership is taught, practised and modelled — from the Fellowship's leadership capabilities curriculum to the mentors who volunteer their time in every program.
Innovation
Adaptives don't just navigate change — they build what comes next. The Incubator & Accelerator has taken members' ideas from concept to company with the community behind them, and the Adaptive Fund & Angel Network channels the community's capital into ventures its own members vet. Innovation groups inside the community — from energy to healthcare to AI — connect operators building in the same space. From AI workshops at Harvard to healthcare-venture showcases, innovation is where the community's expertise compounds fastest.
Sustainability
Climate, energy and the transition to sustainable economies are the defining challenges of the next generation of leaders — and no single sector solves them alone. In partnership with CESUPA (Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará) in Belém, Brazil — host city of COP30 — we connect our community's expertise with Amazon-region research and teaching on sustainable development. Across the community, the energy innovation group, Fellowship capstone projects on sustainable development, and portfolio ventures building for resilient economies keep sustainability at the centre of what Adaptives work on.
Education
Talent is everywhere; access is not. Education is where the Adaptive ecosystem started and where it keeps its centre of gravity. The Adaptive Global Fellowship has delivered its 26-week curriculum to early-career leaders across three regions, taught by volunteer professors and practitioners through the Faculty Fellowship. Fellows pay nothing — scholarships are funded by the community. Beyond the Fellowship, community members run workshops, mentor capstone projects and build education ventures across our regions.
