NGM Conference 5.0 is Nigeria's premier youth leadership and mentorship conference, bringing together 2,000+ students, professionals, and entrepreneurs for a day of inspiration and action.

This year's keynote will be delivered by Russell Rogers, CEO & Founder of Adaptive Intelligence & Adaptive Foundation (USA) — a visionary leader in innovation and forward-thinking solutions.

Expect powerful keynote sessions, panel discussions, the NGM x Kola Adesina Dare Nigeria Challenge, and an SME Pitch Competition.

Adaptive is meeting with Whiskey Wednesday in Beverly Hills, a gathering focused on making introductions and curating meaningful, trust-based relationships among tech investors playing key, active roles within the Southern California innovation ecosystem, including GPs and partners from venture capital and private equity firms, hedge funds, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, active LPs, and active angel investors.

Whiskey Wednesday brings together leaders across the investment community to foster meaningful connections and collaboration, creating opportunities for expertise exchanges, co-investments, fund investments, and other strategic partnerships. Adaptive is excited to connect with this community and continue expanding its network of leaders and innovators.

A second session with Cory Kidd, following the strong response to our May 7 conversation.

This one is hands-on. Cory will run a structured board-advisor prompt on a real situation, live with the group, where the analysis surfaces something you hadn't considered, where it misses, and how to push back when it does.

Join us in São Paulo on April 15, 2026 for an intimate evening marking the launch of Adaptive Foundation in Latin America. The event will introduce Guilherme Scarance as Head of Latin America and offer a first look at the Adaptive Global Fellowship and its global vision. The evening will also highlight opportunities to engage with the program and the Foundation, including ways to support Fellowship seats.
