Our mission

Opportunity grows when people share it.

To empower kind, curious and collaborative leaders to unlock adaptive solutions to complex challenges by learning together, acting together and giving back together.

Talent is widely distributed. Access to great teachers, mentors and opportunities is not. The Foundation exists to close that gap, so that promising people can develop their judgment, build the adaptability to thrive in a changing world, and create opportunities for others.

Develop leaders

Intensive learning that connects Fellows with experienced executives, academics and practitioners. The Adaptive Global Fellowship is the primary example.

Expand access

Sponsored fellowships, scholarships, faculty access, mentorship and introductions for people whose potential exceeds the resources around them.

Build local partnerships

Programs built with universities, nonprofits and companies rooted in their communities, such as CESUPA in Belém, rather than arriving to tell communities what they need.

People with different experience brought together around sustainability, education, responsible technology and economic opportunity.

Adaptive Global Fellowship

Structured learning for leaders: taught by experienced executives, academics and practitioners, built around a capstone project, in a Class drawn from across our regions. Some fellowships are funded by donors and sponsors.
