Become an Adaptive Fellow

The Adaptive Global Fellowship is a 26-week journey for early-career leaders who want to build adaptability as a core skill.

Fellows are taught by volunteer professors and practitioners, mentored through a capstone project, and join a cohort drawn from across our regions. The Fellowship is fully sponsored — fellows pay nothing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fellow Program

A 26-week program for early-career leaders, combining a curriculum taught by senior faculty, mentorship, and a capstone project — completed alongside a cohort of peers from across our regions.

Nothing. The Fellowship is fully sponsored: scholarships, curriculum and program delivery are funded by donations and community sponsorship.

The program runs 26 weeks. Expect weekly sessions with faculty and your cohort, plus independent work on your capstone project. Most fellows complete it alongside a job or study.

Fellow Profiles

Early-career leaders — founders, operators, researchers and builders — who believe the hardest problems are better solved together. Recent cohorts have drawn from Brazil, Nigeria and beyond.

No. Some fellows arrive with a venture; others bring a problem they care about and develop it through the capstone. What matters is the will to build.

Fellows stay part of the community: the Exchange, regional gatherings, the Incubator for those turning ideas into ventures, and the Adaptive Fund for those ready to raise.

Selection Process

Through the application form on this site. You will be asked about yourself, your work, and what you want to build.

Applications are reviewed by the team and shortlisted candidates are interviewed. We select for kindness, curiosity and collaboration as much as for accomplishment.

Cohorts run on a regional cycle. Apply at any time — if applications for the current cohort have closed, you will be considered for the next one.
