How to Apply
The Adaptive Fellowship is designed for serious, high-potential leaders — and it requires a real commitment of time and energy. Here's what the application and program look like from start to finish.
Before you apply, make sure you can commit 3 hours per week — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 12:00–1:00pm ET — for 26 weeks, plus one half-day session on a weekend each month. All components are required for every Fellow, so we ask you to be honest with yourself about the time commitment up front.
Before you start the application, have these ready: an updated CV or resume, your LinkedIn profile URL, a personal website or portfolio (if available), your transcript or academic record, and a professional headshot photo.
Complete the online application with your basic information — name, contact details, city, country, university or institution, degree program, and graduation year — along with your LinkedIn profile and any relevant links. We care more about your clarity, self-awareness, and values than about "perfect" answers.
We admit on a rolling basis and intentionally reserve roughly 20% of seats until the final deadline. Early applicants receive an early decision; everyone else hears back shortly after the final deadline. Watch your email for next steps and interview scheduling.
Once admitted, you'll join your cohort for a 26-week journey of live sessions, senior faculty instruction, small-cohort mentorship, and a capstone project you'll develop throughout the program and present at the end.
